You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to register and use agam79. Age verification is mandatory. Accounts opened by minors will be closed and funds returned.
Each individual may hold only one active agam79 account. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of any associated balances and bonus funds without prior notice.
All transactions on agam79 are processed exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds apply and are published in the platform's banking section. Processing times vary by method.
All promotional bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and validity windows are published in full on the relevant promotion page.
agam79 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, and coordinated wagering patterns. Detected abuse may result in bonus forfeiture and account suspension.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which agam79 holds its international gaming licence. Disputes are subject to binding arbitration under the rules of that jurisdiction's designated body.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below. Where context requires, the singular includes the plural and vice versa.
The website, mobile interface, and all associated services operated under the domain agam79.cam.
Any individual who accesses the Platform, whether as a registered account holder or an unregistered visitor.
The registered user profile created by an individual upon successful completion of the registration and verification process.
The total of real-money funds held in a User's Account, denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).
Promotional credits awarded to a User's Account that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable real-money balance.
The total amount a User must wager from a bonus award before any portion of the resulting balance may be withdrawn, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x).
Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before a User may make withdrawals or access certain Platform features.
Any country or jurisdiction from which access to the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law or agam79's internal compliance policy.
Self-exclusion, deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and cooling-off features available to all registered Users within account settings.
Any event beyond agam79's reasonable control including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental actions, cyberattacks, and infrastructure failures.
Any reference to "we," "us," or "our" refers to agam79 and its authorised operators. Any reference to "Terms" means these Terms & Conditions as amended from time to time and published at https://agam79.cam/terms-conditions.
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or place any wager on the agam79 Platform. This minimum age requirement is strictly enforced. agam79 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where the age requirement cannot be confirmed.
2.2 Residency. The agam79 Platform is designed for and targeted at adult players in Indonesia. By registering, you confirm that you are a resident of Indonesia. Users accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law do so at their own risk and legal responsibility. agam79 does not accept registrations from residents of the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, France, Spain, or other Prohibited Territories as defined in our compliance policy.
2.3 Legal Capacity. You confirm that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and that you are not subject to any court order, guardianship arrangement, or other legal restriction that would prevent you from entering into this agreement.
2.4 Self-Exclusion Status. You confirm that you are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order applied through agam79's Responsible Gaming programme or any comparable third-party self-exclusion scheme. Individuals who have previously self-excluded and whose exclusion period has not expired are not eligible to register a new Account.
3.1 Single Account Rule. Each individual may maintain only one active Account on the agam79 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, agam79 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and confiscate any balances or bonus funds therein without prior notice.
3.2 Accurate Information. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, email address, and phone number. Any change in this information must be promptly updated via account settings or by contacting customer support.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. agam79 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to keep credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify agam79 immediately at [email protected].
3.4 Account Inactivity. An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as inactive. agam79 may apply an inactivity fee of Rp 50.000 per calendar month thereafter, deducted from any remaining balance, provided the User has been notified by email in advance. Accounts with a zero balance that remain inactive for 24 months may be closed at agam79's discretion.
3.5 Account Closure by User. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Outstanding wagers will be settled according to normal rules before the Account is closed. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days of the closure request being confirmed.
4.1 Verification Requirement. Before processing any withdrawal, and at agam79's discretion at any other time, you will be required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This process confirms your identity, age, and the source of funds used to deposit on the Platform.
4.2 Documents Required. Standard KYC verification requires submission of the following documents:
4.3 Processing Time. agam79 aims to complete standard KYC verification within 2 business days of receiving a complete and legible document submission. Enhanced due diligence reviews for high-value accounts may take up to 5 business days. Withdrawals will be held pending until verification is complete.
4.4 Refusal of Verification. agam79 reserves the right to request additional documentation beyond the standard set described in Clause 4.2 where circumstances require. Failure to provide requested documentation within 30 calendar days of the request will result in account suspension and, where legally permissible, return of the verified deposited balance to the original funding source.
5.1 Accepted Methods. agam79 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bank transfers through BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and Bank Permata; and digital wallet transfers through OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All methods are subject to availability at the time of transaction. Accepted methods may be updated without prior notice.
5.2 Currency. All deposits are accepted and credited exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). agam79 does not accept foreign currency deposits. Any transfer made in a currency other than IDR will be refused and returned, less any bank conversion charges incurred.
5.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 20.000 per transaction for e-wallet methods and Rp 50.000 per transaction for bank transfer methods. These thresholds are subject to change and the current minimums are displayed within the Platform's deposit interface at the time of transaction.
5.4 Deposit Processing Time. Deposits via e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are credited to the Account balance within minutes of confirmed payment. Bank transfer deposits are credited within 5 to 30 minutes during normal banking hours, subject to the sending bank's processing schedule. agam79 is not liable for delays caused by the User's bank or payment provider.
5.5 Own Funds Requirement. You may only deposit funds that belong to you and that originate from a payment account registered in your own name. agam79 reserves the right to reverse deposits where the originating account name does not match the registered account holder name, and to report such transactions as required by its anti-money laundering (AML) compliance obligations.
5.6 Deposit Limits. Users may set voluntary deposit limits via the Responsible Gaming section of their account settings. Once a deposit limit has been reduced, the new lower limit takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before taking effect. agam79 may also apply platform-wide deposit limits based on account activity, risk profile, or regulatory requirements.
6.1 Eligibility for Withdrawal. Withdrawals may only be requested once KYC verification (Clause 4) has been completed. Only real-money balance that has satisfied any applicable wagering requirements may be withdrawn. Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements are not withdrawable.
6.2 Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible. agam79 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts held in names other than the registered account holder, or cryptocurrency wallets.
6.3 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. Daily withdrawal limits and maximum single-transaction caps are displayed within the Platform's withdrawal interface and may vary by payment method and account verification tier.
6.4 Processing Time. Withdrawal requests submitted before 17:00 WIB (UTC+7) on a business day are typically processed within 2 to 4 hours. Requests submitted outside business hours or on Indonesian public holidays are processed on the next available business day. agam79 targets a processing time of no more than 24 hours for all standard verified withdrawals, though this cannot be guaranteed during peak periods.
6.5 Withdrawal Verification. agam79 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on any withdrawal request, particularly for large amounts or where account activity patterns warrant review. Users will be notified by email if a withdrawal is placed under review, and the review will be completed within 3 business days in standard cases.
7.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotional offers made available through agam79 are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. Where specific promotion terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific promotion terms prevail for that promotion only.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any portion of the bonus or resulting winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are calculated as a multiplier applied to the bonus amount (e.g., a 30x wagering requirement on a Rp 100.000 bonus requires a total of Rp 3.000.000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal is permitted).
7.3 Eligible Games and Contributions. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino, and sportsbook wagers may contribute at reduced rates (e.g., 10–20%) or may not contribute at all. The specific contribution rates for each game category are published on the promotion page.
7.4 Bonus Validity Period. All bonuses carry an expiry date by which the wagering requirement must be fulfilled. Upon expiry, any remaining Bonus Funds and associated winnings that have not met the wagering requirement will be removed from the Account without compensation.
7.5 Abuse and Fraud Prevention. agam79 reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or reclaim any bonus where it determines, at its sole discretion, that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, matched betting, arbitrage wagering, or any other activity designed to exploit promotional offers. Indicators of abuse include but are not limited to: low-margin betting patterns, systematic low-volatility staking, coordinated play across multiple accounts, and exploitation of errors or technical glitches. In cases of confirmed abuse, agam79 may suspend or permanently close the Account.
7.6 One Bonus Per Promotion. Unless specifically stated otherwise, each promotion may be claimed once per User, per household, per IP address, and per device. Creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion constitutes abuse under these Terms.
8.1 General. All betting and gaming activities on agam79 are subject to the specific rules governing each game type or sports market, as published within the Platform. Users are responsible for reading and understanding the applicable rules before placing any wager.
8.2 Sports Betting. Football markets — including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, FIFA World Cup, and AFF Cup matches — are governed by the Sports Betting Rules published within the sportsbook section. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator betting combining several match outcomes into a single high-odds ticket) wagers require all legs to be settled as won for the ticket to pay out; any void selection within a mix parlay ticket is removed and the remaining legs continue to settlement.
8.3 Slot Games. All slot games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages represent long-run theoretical return and are not a guarantee of results within any single session. Jackpot slots are subject to their own published jackpot rules.
8.4 Live Casino. Live casino games are subject to the rules of the individual game as explained by the live dealer and displayed within the game interface. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live casino round, the round will be settled according to the game outcome recorded by the live studio system. agam79 is not liable for losses arising from the User's own internet connection failure.
8.5 Errors and Malfunctions. agam79 reserves the right to void any wager or game result that was affected by a pricing error, technical malfunction, data feed error, or human error. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the User's Account. Winnings obtained as a direct result of an error are not payable and will be removed from the Account balance.
8.6 Minimum and Maximum Wagers. Minimum and maximum wager amounts apply to all game types and are displayed within the game interface or sportsbook market at the time of placing the wager. These limits may vary by game, market, and account tier.
9.1 Commitment. agam79 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide a suite of tools to help Users manage their gaming activity and recognise the signs of problem gambling. 10.1 The following activities are expressly prohibited on the agam79 Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:
10.2 Any breach of the prohibitions in Clause 10.1 may result, at agam79's sole discretion, in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of balance and Bonus Funds, and where legally required, reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
11.1 All content on the agam79 Platform — including but not limited to the agam79 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, data feeds, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of agam79 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without agam79's express prior written consent.
11.3 Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to agam79 regarding the Platform may be used by agam79 without restriction, compensation, or attribution to you.
12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, agam79 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
12.2 agam79's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by that User during the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 agam79 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free of errors, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable.
12.4 Force Majeure. agam79 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from a Force Majeure event. In the event of a Force Majeure, agam79 will take reasonable steps to notify affected Users and to restore normal service as soon as practicable.
13.1 agam79 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered Users will be notified by email at the address on file and/or by a notice displayed prominently on the Platform for a period of no less than 7 days before the amended Terms take effect.
13.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure under Clause 3.5.
13.3 The most current version of these Terms is always available at https://agam79.cam/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.
14.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which agam79 holds its international gaming licence. 14.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant arbitration body in the governing jurisdiction. The language of the arbitration proceedings shall be English.
14.3 Notwithstanding Clause 14.2, agam79 may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending the outcome of arbitration proceedings.
14.4 These Terms do not create any rights enforceable by third parties under any applicable third-party rights legislation. Only you and agam79 are parties to this agreement.
